Fountain Breath
Find a place to be quiet, switch off all phones and radios – anything that could disturb you for 10 minutes.
While holding your Oneness Pendant, sit in a comfortable position be calm and very still. Breathe deeply in – out – in – out, think of nothing except your breathing. If thoughts do come in just say to yourself that you are aware of the issue and you will deal with it later. Focus only on your breathing. In – out - in – out.
Now imagine breathing air up through your feet from Mother Earth – feel this air come rushing right up your entire body (with a in-breath), right up into your head and imagine a little opening right on top of your head and imagining blowing this air that you breathed up through your body from Mother Earth out of this opening. Imagine that this air is a golden light – flowing like a fountain from your head over your entire body coming down to your feet.
Continue doing this for about 10 minutes every morning and every night
Whenever you feel depressed, negative or not in a good space during the day, do the fountain breath, even while you walking or working around the house or the shops. Breathe – in – out – in – out, and imagine the fountain of golden light surrounding your entire body.
I guarantee you will start feeling better and better each time you do this and you will start having a totally different outlook on your life, which in turn will start changing your focus to a more peaceful, abundant and happy energy.
